Precedents Day Part 1 of 5 Parts

How do we typically celebrate Presidents Day?  Aside from all the furniture and automobile commercials and the other President’s Day sales and perhaps a day off from work, it will more than likely come and go just like any other day of our lives.  Nothing significant happening one way or the other.

However, on this President’s Day, February 20, 2017, in light of the divisiveness in our American Family, with the hostility of our American Family feud being currently dished out on the government head of our American family-our newly Elected President, his family, his Administration and those  of our American Family that aligned themselves with it, perhaps this would be a good day to step back and take a look at our American Family history and see if there may be some things, precedents, principles from our American Family origins and our resulting American Family heritage that we could apply today to enlighten and give guidance and direction to the  present perspectives of our American Family.

There are common-sense techniques, precedents, principles that we often use when we encounter complications when trying to accomplish a task, in planning and or finishing a project, arriving at our intended destination on a long trip after getting lost. or trouble shooting why something is not working the way that it should.  We often stop, go back to where we started and trace our progress until we come to the place where the problem first showed up.  There are proven precedents, principles in these circumstances that when followed have led to the successful completion of each endeavor.

For instance, as individuals we go back and re-read (or maybe read for the first time) the directions that came with product.  Or, we stop and recalculate our trip on a different GPS app since the other one got us so lost we don’t know where we are lost from.  Or when something is not working right, we may call a specialist, like an electrician, a plumber, an air conditioning and heating pro, or with our cell phones and other media stuff call someone we often refer to as a Geek.

So Nationally, let us look back at our heritage to re-discover what our American Family precedents, principles are that worked to re-unite us when we have faced these conflicts in our past.  Then amid all that is dividing us, let us apply these precedents, principles in common-sense problem solving techniques to re-unite our American Family and put an end to our current American Family feud. 
So, what are the precedents?  Today, Monday, is the introductory part one of a five-part series called Precedents Day.   Parts 2-5 will be posted daily this week Tuesday Part 2, Wednesday Part 3, Thursday Part 4 and Friday Part 5.

We will be gleaning our American Family reuniting precedents, principles from our Liberty Bell, Declaration of Independence, Preamble to the Constitution, Pledge of Allegiance, National Motto.

The Liberty Bell.

“When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the power of the earth the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind require that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

The first paragraph:

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

I Pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.

So, what has caused this hostility and is fueling this American Family feud?  The problem must be defined before it can be solved.

George Washington, the first President of the United States of America said:

“Raise up a standard to which the wise and honest can repair, the rest is in the hands of God.”

Notice that Washington said ‘a standard.”  The nature of “a standard” is that whenever that standard is applied to solve a given problem, the results will consistently be the same.  In other words, we have a saying: “To many cooks spoil the stew.”  This happens when each of us become a standard unto ourselves.  We become dogmatic, having tunnel vision, making up our own rules- “rights” to our own advantage as we go along giving ourselves power and control to exercise our unjust self-serving authority over others. It is equally true that often those in positions of just authority abuse their power.

 Because of the present hostile divisiveness, it is time for our American Family to have a Reality Check. Our American family needs to find and apply the precedents, the principles that can unite those who are willing to individually accept them and then mutually, regardless of being personally in agreement or disagreement with one another, submit ourselves to those precedents, principles. 
The root cause of divisiveness is an unwillingness to mutually agree on a standard that is proven, objective, unchanging, authoritative being larger than our changing subjective personal opinions.  So, where do we start in our quest to “Raise up a standard to which the wise and honest can repair…?” 

The standard that must be raised up out of which flows all precedents and principles of liberty and freedom that lead to a civilized person living in a civilized family in a civilized nation as a civilized people is the standard of Truth.  Truth is the standard that when raised up in any generation regarding any question will always lead those who are seeking to know, practice and submit themselves to the Truth to be united in the precedents, the principles of Truth’s checks and balances of what is just, right, authoritative as Truth consistently balances the powers of those united by Truth to live in Liberty while having the Freedom to enjoy it. 

Herein lies the problem for We the People in our current culture.  Many in our American Family have lost all True civility toward one another.  The standard of Truth has been abandoned for what is called Political Correctness.  Vast numbers of our American Family have submitted themselves to this deceptive erroneous philosophy. 

They have become transformed by raising up their own self-serving standard where everything is not measured by Truth but by what they subjectively proclaim and practice as being “politically correct.” They measure this Political Correctness by what they further subjectively define as to who is being Tolerant versus those who are being Intolerant. 

All of this is being done according the rules that they have made up and are making up as they go along in their quest to exercise their abusive power and control in every part of our culture politically, religiously and over the general public-We the People.  Realistically speaking please understand, for the Political Correctness crowd considering all their deviousness the motto that best describes them is: “The ends justify the means.” They do whatever they deem necessary to keep or gain power and control.

Having abandoned the objective unchanging “Tolerances” of Truth and Justice, without which there is no Liberty and Freedom, they have exchanged the Truth for a lie. This is seen in their their self-serving definitions of who they say is practicing Tolerance and who they accuse of practicing Intolerance.  With their false standard of Political Correctness, they have become the rule of law unto themselves. 

Political Correctness Tolerance is nihilistic.  Political Correctness Tolerance, taken to its logical conclusion leads to nothing.  Think about it.  Political Correctness Tolerance is a standard of its own. Therefore, if the Political Correctness crowd were building a railroad track, they would tell the Contractor, just make the tracks however far apart you feel like they need to be.  We want to be Tolerant toward you and not confine you to the intolerance of those narrow-minded engineers who designed the plans for the railroad track.  Political Correctness Tolerance just abandoned all the True Standard precedents, principles of railroad construction in the name of Tolerance.

Here is the problem. By Political Correctness standards they would not want to be intolerant and therefore would allow the Contractor to build the tracks whatever width he chose.  The problem? If the Contractor went by the True Standard precedents, principles of railroad construction the Political Correctness crowd would accuse the Contractor of being Intolerant! So, do you want to be on the first train that goes roaring down those tracks.  Of course, not!

We the People, let us raise up a standard of Truth with its proven unchanging objective precedents, principles.

Media Madness Matters


OK. News Flash.  It’s a matter of fact. The election is over.  The inauguration has happened.  The new Administration has moved in and set up shop. 

In the mean-time, the losers, still in the dysfunctional denial of their disastrous liberal progressive Democratic Party loss are stubbornly persistent in their continuous blind rage of self-destructive behavior being intent on destroying the winners with venomous intolerance and vicious misrepresentation. Which, as a matter of fact the losers are self-righteously projecting from themselves in an effort to mask the pain of the bitterness of their humiliation. There are none so blind as those who cannot see.

There is a proverb that says: He who digs a pit will fall into it, and he who rolls a stone, it will roll back on him. It is impossible to fill in a pit by continuing to dig it out. And those who live in glass houses should not throw stones.  Media Madness has blinded them to the reality that the pit that they are digging is undermining the foundation of the glass house that they live in.  

The Main Stream Media, having lost the power and control necessary to maintain their elitist utopian agenda are now throwing a journalistic temper tantrum. They are behaving like spoiled rotten brats. This new administration is no longer giving them everything they want.  Their enabling by the previous co-dependent administration has finally been stopped by We the People.

The Main Stream Median has become like a wounded animal.  In their misguided interpretation of the First Amendment, they are suffering from the painful self-inflicted wound of journalistic deceit, exchanging the truth for lies.  In the agony of defeat, from their resulting media madness they are biting the hands that feed them.  Not knowing the difference between Liberty and Lawlessness, having lost all self-control and integrity they tolerate journalistic license rooted in the lawlessness of the self-serving propaganda of tyrants.

If you don’t know the difference between Liberty and Lawlessness, then you will not know the difference between freedom and tyranny and you will end up boiled in the cultural boiling pot of intolerant tolerance.

Liberty and Lawlessness American Sovereignty


Part 1                                                          Liberty and Lawlessness

11 9 - The day after Election Day 11-8-2016. How will it go down in History?                            

11 9       The day after Election Day 2016 will tell historically if We the People voted for Liberty thereby preserving the principled foundation of our American Sovereignty or for Lawlessness thereby continuing the unprincipled destruction of the foundation of our American Sovereignty. So what does the difference between Liberty and Lawlessness look like?

11 9       The movie Patch Adams starts with Patch Adams trying to cope with his own identity crisis. Patch is trying to find the meaning and purpose of life in general but specifically, his own life.  In the movie one of, if not the key principle the movie, teaches us is to look beyond the problem in order to find the solution.  For Patch Adams or the life of anyone of us and or the life of any nation, in this case The United States of America, in order to keep our true identity anchored in the reality of knowing the meaning and purpose of life- who we are- we must know three things: where we came from, what we are doing here and where we are going.  In other words, know our origins, our heritage, our destiny.
11 9       In order to gain greater power and control over We the People, regrettably there are always the lawless ones who in opposition to liberty will take advantage of a problem.  Through their lawlessness these lawless ones deceitfully transform a problem into a crisis or create a crisis in order to take advantage of a problem. This is exactly what is happening right now to We the People as we find ourselves in the panic fear uncertainty loss of confidence and fanaticism often accompanying the problem of the loss of identity in general but specifically our true American identity. 
11 9       We the People are faced with the reality of our national split personality being divided between liberty and lawlessness over our true American identity as we decide which Presidential Candidate and their political party will at best, after the election, either takes us down the road of liberty strengthening the foundation of our American Sovereignty or down the road of lawlessness destroying our American Sovereignty.   This is true of individuals and political parties.  We only have two choices.  It is our duty to vote.  To not vote is dereliction of duty. We the People must look past the personality problems of the candidates and their parties to see if where they will lead American in the long run, in true reality is down the high road of Liberty or the low road of Lawlessness.
11 9       For many the choice between who to vote for in this election cycle, especially for President is a problem in either voting for the Democratic or the Republican candidate or voting for neither. The problem? America, like Patch Adams is in the midst of its own identity crisis.   America, divided between liberty and lawlessness with its national split, divided personality is at a fork in the road.  In the confusion and uncertainty of being divided, We the People are trying to decide which road we will take to reach our destination. Will we unite in truth and take the high road of liberty further reinforcing the foundation of our American Sovereignty?  Or will we remain divided in lies and take the low road of lawlessness further destroying the foundation of our American Sovereignty? The direction chosen in this election will determine whether we will have or have not kept our Republic for now or potentially lost it forever.

11 9  -No, this is not supposed to be 9 11

When we see the numbers 9 11 or hear someone refer to 9 11, the year that it happened 2001, does not even have to be mentioned.  Three letters 9 11 seen in context or heard audibly is all it takes to stir our emotions in reminding us of the most horrific terrorist attack of war on our United States of America’s continental shores in all of our history. The aftermath resulting from this cowardly atrocious act of lawlessness causing intentional deliberate death to thousands of people and incomprehensible destruction of property is overwhelmingly reprehensible and absolutely unacceptable to We the People living in liberty in our Sovereign America.

11 9                                            Liberty and Lawlessness

The day after election day 11-9-2016 will tell the story of who has won the political party tug of war between Republicans and Democrats in our United States of America.  Many have described this Presidential election as being between the lesser of two evils.  For another point of view perhaps we should raise our sight up to about 35,000 feet above this political battlefield in order to gain a broader perspective of what is truly going on and what the short and long term effects will be for We the People.    

In rising above our current dark and stormy secular culture clouds as we find ourselves looking down from our 35,000-foot perspective onto this political battlefield, We the People see that this is more accurately a tug of war between liberty and lawlessness. What is at stake here? What does the winner get? What does the loser get? What would be the spoils of this tug of war between liberty and lawlessness? Has this ever happened before and what was the solution and outcome?

If liberty wins: We the People as independent citizens of principle will have united in responsibly securing for ourselves in truth the continued realistic equal opportunity (not equal results because our different individual abilities do not guarantee equal results) to live in freedom in a Sovereign United States of America under our Constitutional Republic-Representative form of Government. Our unique Constitutional Republic-Representative form of Government with its separation of powers when applied in its original intent is designed to hold the Government at all levels accountable to We the People. Both the limited Government and We the People are to live justly in relationship to one another under the authority of the laws of our Constitution.  Doing this empowers We the People to prosper individually through work in meeting our own needs as well as nationally and internationally from our economy built on the free enterprise system of capitalism. A People United Stands.

If lawlessness wins: Our nation becomes the Divided States of America.  National Sovereignty will have been surrendered to the unprincipled self-serving tyranny of those who erroneously believe that the ends justify the means. Being the law unto themselves these unprincipled lawless ones will continue to intentionally and deceptively abuse our Republic-Representative form of Government.  In setting aside, the Constitution they deny its authority and their accountability to We the People. Through injustice they control We the People as co-dependent subjects’ held captive to do their will.  They exchange our individual and national liberty for their elitist personal and political progressive liberal socialistic lawlessness designed to further destroy our prosperity and sovereignty through their redistribution of wealth through the cronyism of their communistic welfare state economic utopian folly.  A People Divided Falls.

Has this ever happened before in American history? Yes. In 1776.  The solution? The Declaration of Independence.  The outcome? American Sovereignty. We the People living in Independence. Freedom. Liberty.

What is the one principle upon which our Founding Fathers justly set this nation free from the lawlessness of the tyranny of King George and Great Britain? SEPARATION.  Our Founding Fathers did not rebel against the authority of King George.  They respected his authority as King but agreed to no longer tolerate the lawlessness of the tyranny of his abuse of authority.  They chose to SEPARATE the colonies from it.  Great Britain declared war.  We defended our just SEPARATION and won our American Sovereign Independence to live in Freedom in Liberty.

The first line of the Declaration of Independence:

Yes, today is the 15th year Memorial Day of the terrorist attack on the USA on 9-11-2001.  And yes, 11 9 is not a typo but intentional. We all have our visual images and personal responses to what we saw and experienced on 9 11 from seeing the aftermath of airplanes being flown by terrorists into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centers in New York and the Pentagon in Washington DC and into the ground in Pennsylvania. We remember every day but especially each year on this Memorial Day how we were effected on that day for sure but also every day since then by the lawlessness of this attack on our liberty.
As powerful as our memories are of 9 11 2001 and the subsequent transformational outcome that it has had on We the People, 11 9 2016, the day after election day 9 8 2016 will ultimately reveal a new precedent as being more historical in the transformational outcome of We the People than 9 11 2001. And like 9 11 2001, 11 9 2016 will also be for better or for worse.
Momentarily traumatized, We the People slowly regained our footing in being awakened from our denial as we were circumstantially out of necessity forced to answer the questions of who would do such a thing, why would they do such a thing, and how could they justify such a thing and what should be our response?  During these last 15 years, we have all been transformed by how as individuals, families, communities and as a nation we have answered these questions.
Our answers and responses have brought healing and unity to some but bitterness and divisiveness to others. Out of this We the People have become a fractured, divided people.  The result of being fractured, divided and therefore a double minded people is that We the People have lost our true identity and become unstable in all of our ways. Presently, this is easily observed throughout every aspect of our culture.
In the origins of our nation in 1776, led by our Founding Fathers, We the People found ourselves in a crisis in fighting against the terrorizing lawlessness of King George.  Our Founding Fathers were circumstantially out of necessity forced to answer the same questions of who would do such a thing, why would they do such a thing, and how could they justify such a thing and what should be our response? In defenses of liberty and being true to the identity of We the People, they wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence. We declared our Independence.  Great Britain declared war. Liberty triumphed over lawlessness.
After all those years since Independence Day July 4, 1776, and particularly during these 15 years since     9 11 2001, We the People have aligned ourselves with one aspect or the other of our culture. We find ourselves once again in discovery that our greatest problem is not the lawlessness outside of our nation, but an identity crisis within our nation.  This identity crisis has transformed who we have become.  In the desperation of this identity crisis discernment between liberty and lawlessness has been lost by many. Desperate People do desperate things. In desperation of finding true identity many would have us exchange the priceless birthright of our liberty and independence for the perverse betrayal of lawlessness and co-dependence.
Today, We the People are in a cultural identity crisis.  We find ourselves in a Presidential election cycle that is unprecedented in the history of the United States of America.  In any crisis there are those who will use the crisis instability against others. Through lawlessness they will leverage the crisis in order to gain even more power and control over our liberty and independence. On November 8, 2016 We the People can return to the liberty of the sanctified common sense of our true identity and exercise our right to no longer continue enabling the lawlessness of these controllers. 11 9 will tell the history.

Liberty is the just use of the law to exercise authority in governing over a jurisdiction to which one has the God endowed right.

Lawlessness is the unjust use of the law to exercise authority in governing over a jurisdiction to which one does not have the God endowed right.

The rule of law is that for any law to be just, that law must be in agreement with the laws of nature, and nature’s God and the endowed unalienable rights of We the People.   In this case the endowed unalienable right of property, which is indispensable if we are to live in liberty as a free people.

Desperate People Do Desperate Things.

In the spirit of lawlessness, on this date, October 19, 2015 the City Council of Liberty Hill, Williamson County, Texas, USA, World, unleashed the curse of lawlessness onto the city when they voted unanimously to the INVOLUNTARY (without the consent of the property owners who have the God endowed unalienable right of property) annexation of privately owned property into the City of Liberty Hill.

The City Council erroneously “justified” this lawless deed by hiding behind an unjust law of man in order to exercise authority in governing over a jurisdiction, (private property) to which they do not have the God endowed right. This is like someone erroneously believing that sexual immorality is ok as long as it is done in a “legal brothel” (whorehouse) in Las Vegas.

The City Council has unanimously booted the spirit of liberty out of the city in their elevating the laws of man above the laws of nature and nature’s God and the Creator endowed unalienable rights of We The People.  Now is the time for the City Council to unanimously vote and change the name of the city to Boot Hill.

“A lie does not become truth, a wrong doesn’t become right and evil doesn’t become good just because it is accepted by a majority.”
