Liberty and Lawlessness American Sovereignty


Part 1                                                          Liberty and Lawlessness

11 9 - The day after Election Day 11-8-2016. How will it go down in History?                            

11 9       The day after Election Day 2016 will tell historically if We the People voted for Liberty thereby preserving the principled foundation of our American Sovereignty or for Lawlessness thereby continuing the unprincipled destruction of the foundation of our American Sovereignty. So what does the difference between Liberty and Lawlessness look like? 
American Sovereignty
11 9       The movie Patch Adams starts with Patch Adams trying to cope with his own identity crisis. Patch is trying to find the meaning and purpose of life in general but specifically, his own life.  In the movie one of, if not the key principle the movie, teaches us is to look beyond the problem in order to find the solution.  For Patch Adams or the life of anyone of us and or the life of any nation, in this case The United States of America, in order to keep our true identity anchored in the reality of knowing the meaning and purpose of life- who we are- we must know three things: where we came from, what we are doing here and where we are going.  In other words, know our origins, our heritage, our destiny.
11 9       In order to gain greater power and control over We the People, regrettably there are always the lawless ones who in opposition to liberty will take advantage of a problem.  Through their lawlessness these lawless ones deceitfully transform a problem into a crisis or create a crisis in order to take advantage of a problem. This is exactly what is happening right now to We the People as we find ourselves in the panic fear uncertainty loss of confidence and fanaticism often accompanying the problem of the loss of identity in general but specifically our true American identity. 
11 9       We the People are faced with the reality of our national split personality being divided between liberty and lawlessness over our true American identity as we decide which Presidential Candidate and their political party will at best, after the election, either takes us down the road of liberty strengthening the foundation of our American Sovereignty or down the road of lawlessness destroying our American Sovereignty.   This is true of individuals and political parties.  We only have two choices.  It is our duty to vote.  To not vote is dereliction of duty. We the People must look past the personality problems of the candidates and their parties to see if where they will lead American in the long run, in true reality is down the high road of Liberty or the low road of Lawlessness.
11 9       For many the choice between who to vote for in this election cycle, especially for President is a problem in either voting for the Democratic or the Republican candidate or voting for neither. The problem? America, like Patch Adams is in the midst of its own identity crisis.   America, divided between liberty and lawlessness with its national split, divided personality is at a fork in the road.  In the confusion and uncertainty of being divided, We the People are trying to decide which road we will take to reach our destination. Will we unite in truth and take the high road of liberty further reinforcing the foundation of our American Sovereignty?  Or will we remain divided in lies and take the low road of lawlessness further destroying the foundation of our American Sovereignty? The direction chosen in this election will determine whether we will have or have not kept our Republic for now or potentially lost it forever.

11 9  -No, this is not supposed to be 9 11

When we see the numbers 9 11 or hear someone refer to 9 11, the year that it happened 2001, does not even have to be mentioned.  Three letters 9 11 seen in context or heard audibly is all it takes to stir our emotions in reminding us of the most horrific terrorist attack of war on our United States of America’s continental shores in all of our history. The aftermath resulting from this cowardly atrocious act of lawlessness causing intentional deliberate death to thousands of people and incomprehensible destruction of property is overwhelmingly reprehensible and absolutely unacceptable to We the People living in liberty in our Sovereign America.

11 9                                            Liberty and Lawlessness

The day after election day 11-9-2016 will tell the story of who has won the political party tug of war between Republicans and Democrats in our United States of America.  Many have described this Presidential election as being between the lesser of two evils.  For another point of view perhaps we should raise our sight up to about 35,000 feet above this political battlefield in order to gain a broader perspective of what is truly going on and what the short and long term effects will be for We the People.    

In rising above our current dark and stormy secular culture clouds as we find ourselves looking down from our 35,000-foot perspective onto this political battlefield, We the People see that this is more accurately a tug of war between liberty and lawlessness. What is at stake here? What does the winner get? What does the loser get? What would be the spoils of this tug of war between liberty and lawlessness? Has this ever happened before and what was the solution and outcome?

If liberty wins: We the People as independent citizens of principle will have united in responsibly securing for ourselves in truth the continued realistic equal opportunity (not equal results because our different individual abilities do not guarantee equal results) to live in freedom in a Sovereign United States of America under our Constitutional Republic-Representative form of Government. Our unique Constitutional Republic-Representative form of Government with its separation of powers when applied in its original intent is designed to hold the Government at all levels accountable to We the People. Both the limited Government and We the People are to live justly in relationship to one another under the authority of the laws of our Constitution.  Doing this empowers We the People to prosper individually through work in meeting our own needs as well as nationally and internationally from our economy built on the free enterprise system of capitalism. A People United Stands.

If lawlessness wins: Our nation becomes the Divided States of America.  National Sovereignty will have been surrendered to the unprincipled self-serving tyranny of those who erroneously believe that the ends justify the means. Being the law unto themselves these unprincipled lawless ones will continue to intentionally and deceptively abuse our Republic-Representative form of Government.  In setting aside, the Constitution they deny its authority and their accountability to We the People. Through injustice they control We the People as co-dependent subjects’ held captive to do their will.  They exchange our individual and national liberty for their elitist personal and political progressive liberal socialistic lawlessness designed to further destroy our prosperity and sovereignty through their redistribution of wealth through the cronyism of their communistic welfare state economic utopian folly.  A People Divided Falls.

 11 9                                                      Separation

Has this ever happened before in American history? Yes. In 1776.  The solution? The Declaration of Independence.  The outcome? American Sovereignty. We the People living in Independence. Freedom. Liberty.

What is the one principle upon which our Founding Fathers justly set this nation free from the lawlessness of the tyranny of King George and Great Britain? SEPARATION.  Our Founding Fathers did not rebel against the authority of King George.  They respected his authority as King but agreed to no longer tolerate the lawlessness of the tyranny of his abuse of authority.  They chose to SEPARATE the colonies from it.  Great Britain declared war.  We defended our just SEPARATION and won our American Sovereign Independence to live in Freedom in Liberty.

The first line of the Declaration of Independence:

When in the course of human events. it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitles them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

In order to be United in Liberty the duty of We the People in 2016 is to agree like our Founding Fathers did in 1776 in casting our vote to SEPARATE from Lawlessness thereby preserving our American Sovereignty.

Yes, today is the 15th year Memorial Day of the terrorist attack on the USA on 9-11-2001.  And yes, 11 9 is not a typo but intentional. We all have our visual images and personal responses to what we saw and experienced on 9 11 from seeing the aftermath of airplanes being flown by terrorists into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centers in New York and the Pentagon in Washington DC and into the ground in Pennsylvania. We remember every day but especially each year on this Memorial Day how we were effected on that day for sure but also every day since then by the lawlessness of this attack on our liberty.
As powerful as our memories are of 9 11 2001 and the subsequent transformational outcome that it has had on We the People, 11 9 2016, the day after election day 9 8 2016 will ultimately reveal a new precedent as being more historical in the transformational outcome of We the People than 9 11 2001. And like 9 11 2001, 11 9 2016 will also be for better or for worse.
Momentarily traumatized, We the People slowly regained our footing in being awakened from our denial as we were circumstantially out of necessity forced to answer the questions of who would do such a thing, why would they do such a thing, and how could they justify such a thing and what should be our response?  During these last 15 years, we have all been transformed by how as individuals, families, communities and as a nation we have answered these questions.
Our answers and responses have brought healing and unity to some but bitterness and divisiveness to others. Out of this We the People have become a fractured, divided people.  The result of being fractured, divided and therefore a double minded people is that We the People have lost our true identity and become unstable in all of our ways. Presently, this is easily observed throughout every aspect of our culture.
In the origins of our nation in 1776, led by our Founding Fathers, We the People found ourselves in a crisis in fighting against the terrorizing lawlessness of King George.  Our Founding Fathers were circumstantially out of necessity forced to answer the same questions of who would do such a thing, why would they do such a thing, and how could they justify such a thing and what should be our response? In defenses of liberty and being true to the identity of We the People, they wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence. We declared our Independence.  Great Britain declared war. Liberty triumphed over lawlessness.
After all those years since Independence Day July 4, 1776, and particularly during these 15 years since     9 11 2001, We the People have aligned ourselves with one aspect or the other of our culture. We find ourselves once again in discovery that our greatest problem is not the lawlessness outside of our nation, but an identity crisis within our nation.  This identity crisis has transformed who we have become.  In the desperation of this identity crisis discernment between liberty and lawlessness has been lost by many. Desperate People do desperate things. In desperation of finding true identity many would have us exchange the priceless birthright of our liberty and independence for the perverse betrayal of lawlessness and co-dependence.
Today, We the People are in a cultural identity crisis.  We find ourselves in a Presidential election cycle that is unprecedented in the history of the United States of America.  In any crisis there are those who will use the crisis instability against others. Through lawlessness they will leverage the crisis in order to gain even more power and control over our liberty and independence. On November 8, 2016 We the People can return to the liberty of the sanctified common sense of our true identity and exercise our right to no longer continue enabling the lawlessness of these controllers. 11 9 will tell the history.
