Liberty is the just use of the law in exercising authority
to govern over a jurisdiction to which one has the God endowed right. Liberty is justly doing all that one should
do.
Lawlessness is the unjust use of the law in exercising
authority over a jurisdiction to which one does not have the God endowed
right. Lawlessness is unjustly doing
all that one can do.
There has been much discussion the past few weeks with our
national Presidential race candidates regarding the law of Eminent Domain which
allows government to condemn private property and force the sale of it to the Government/Developer
in order to complete a project for the deceptively called “Public Good” of We
the People. INVOLUNTARY annexation and Eminent Domain are both the
result of erroneous thinking and are government lawlessness.
Since We the People receive our
endowed unalienable rights from our Creator and we form our government and
delegate down to it limited rights, then the rights of government come from We
the People. We the People receive our
property rights from our Creator and government receives its limited rights
from We
the People. When government passes an unjust law like the so called
“right of Eminent Domain” this is lawlessness resulting from erroneous
reasoning and is in denial that since property rights come first from God to We
the People, then We the People have Pre-Eminent
Domain.
Therefore, any attempt of any
government at any level in taking property for the ”public good” without the
free and willful consent of We the People is lawlessness. Believing the self-evident truth that We
the People are to live in liberty and freedom as we accept our individual
responsibility to take care of our own property, the Pre-Eminent Domain of We
the People makes the government lawlessness of “Eminent Domain”
inexcusable, intolerable and incompatible with the true principles of Liberty. The tail does not wag the dog.
Last week in one of our local papers, it was said that the
meeting on September 28, 2015, became harsh when I read my brief
statement defining INVOLUNTARY annexation as lawlessness. Not knowing exactly
what was meant by that description of the presentation the question would be,
was the tone of the presentation being referred to as harsh or the truth of
what was being said or both?
Which would you consider to be harsh? The piercing survival screams of the ones
being assaulted battling for their Liberty or the shrill howls of the predators
delighting in the unjust destruction of their prey? In this case the predators of government with
the jaws and claws of INVOLUNTARY annexation, through lawlessness forcefully
robbing We the People of our God endowed property rights?
So, if the tone of the presentation was harsh, then surly
you would understand why in light of what is at stake. But if the truth of the presentation was
harsh, then please understand, if the shoe fits, wear it and then repent of
this lawlessness of INVOLUNTARY annexation.
Like the song says: “You have to stand for something or
you’ll fall for anything. You have to be
your own man, not a puppet on a string.”
So, what do you stand for? Liberty or Lawlessness?
